Really great product!

I ordered this product with great anticipation as I have been following the progress of Allulose for some time now and have been wondering when Iit would be released. It is quite good, perhaps not as good as real sugar but rather close, tho it tends to have a cooling effect similar to the effect you find with xylitol or erythritol but not as strong. However, I like a number of things really really sweet and to get sweet "satisfaction"I had to use fully a third of a bottle to get one 16 ounce thermos as sweet as I like it. That means one bottle is only only good for about four thermoses of coffee and for me at a price of $28 a bottle, (which works out to be about $3.50 d per cup of coffee,which is way way too expensive for for the likes of me and probably for others like me of which I imagine there are quite a few) it is just too expensive. So I don't know if there are any entrepreneurs out there, but to my way of thinking, there is a huge market just waiting to be tapped once this product becomes affordable,which Hopefully according to the rule of supply and demand, should come about in due time. While I don't think it will eliminate the use of other products out there which right dominate the market and are less expensive,, I'm certain that in good time it will give them a run for their money.. And I should add, that at least up to now,there haven't been any negative reports about this product being a hazard to your helth as are most of the other non nutritional sweeteners. So I give it a five stars for taste and one star for price which averages to three stars, because affordability is an important part of any products worth. But if you don't mind paying a kings ransom to tsatisfy your "sweet tooth, " With no guilt, then I think you're gonna love the stuff, I certainly do.....now if I can only find a way to afford it!

Good taste. It is not very sweet, have to use much more than expect.

Taste so natural, feel good. a wonderful sweet for a Diabetic people. highly recommended. Only if the price can be affordable for some low income person with Diabetic, Then it's perfect.

Too expensive for what it really does. I will never buy it again. Brown raw sugar it's better. Maybe in Japan if they can get it for $2 $3 a bottle is ok.

It's just ok and not as sweet as real sugar / syrup. Too expensive tho.

A great quality sugar, tastes a bit like honey. Got enough use out of it to justify the price, however if you use a lot of sweetener this might get expensive. Definitely not as sweet as normal sugar, hopefully more brands will pick up and release a version state-side.

美味しくて低カロリーで気に入ってます。

この製品の地元の業者さんから購入。色々、調べて他は異常に高く感じた。商品代金の他に500円必要なのは、その業者さんのマージンとか梱包作業費なんでしょう。これを購入した後に、名古屋の地元スーパーで1200円/1本（別途消費税）で販売していたので、そこでも2本購入。出来るだけ、通常の砂糖を使わず、料理に希少糖を使う様にしている。砂糖との味覚は若干違うが、料理の味が変わった気はしない。コーヒーに入れた感触は、砂糖との味の違いはあると思う。

ヤフーで、もう少し安いのを見つけましたので、ちょっと残念ただ、いろいろ出てる中で、この希少糖が一番好きです！

糖を気にせず調理できるのがありがたいです。

香川大学や香川県が力を入れている希少糖の商品に何かしらの可能性はあるかと思います。大量生産設備も徐々に整ってきて流通量も増えだして香川県地元のお店では定価で数量制限なしの販売もされています。なのにネット販売通販ではいまだに定価の２倍程度の価格で販売するお店があります。これ、メーカー直販サイトで買ったほうがよいのでは？送料はかかっても数本まとめて買えばそっちのほうがお得になってしまいます。Amazonに出品するなら定価か定価以下で是非販売してほしいですね。商品の可能性に期待して星二つです。
