Better Than Expected - great surface
The Surface is Great. Cleans up with no effort. It has some weight/thickness to it to retain heat and cook up the sides.

Best non stick pan I’ve ever used. It’s several years old and still likes
Love this pan. I’ve given it for a gift and it’s great. Non stick and so easy to clean.

Pretty darn good, but not as good as the claim
This pan is great and I would love to tell you that it remained non-stick forever. It didn’t. But, despite that it is still a pretty darn good frying pan. The first thing to notice is the look of it — it stands out from the crowd. It truly doesn’t look like everything else which is kind of nice. The non-stick feature lasted just under 2 dozen uses I would say. Then we started getting stuff sticking to the bottom. No worries, a couple of sprays of Pam and we are back to like nothing changed. What I do really think that this pan exceeds at is heat dispersion. Everything in this pan seems to cook at about the same rate no matter where the placement. The bottom of the pan has a unique design, which may be a design feature that aids in this. The other major advantage of this pan is cleaning. I have used this pan probably 200+ and other a few scratches this thing cleans up perfectly. No stains, burn marks or discoloration. It may as well be new to anyone outside of my family who sees it for the first time. The construction also seems to be sound. Very sturdy. Feels like the some of the much more expensive Caphalon we have. I am not usually one to try let alone endorse TV infomercial products, but this pan is the real deal.

A real disapointment
We are health conscious and were impressed by the TV demos of your product. We ordered your 12" pan to serve as our main non-stick pan but soon found out it couldn't be use to fry or saute many things - and certainly not meat and not even for most fish recipes.. So we resigned ourselves to buying a regular all purpose non-stick frying pan and to using our copper pan - only occasionally - for eggs or to saute vegetables. We have used non stick frying pans for years and they usually last us a long time, since we are careful to followed the manufacturers' instructions on mode of use and temperatures. We did the same with your copper frying pan and were pleased that it required lower temperatures for cooking. At one point however over the summer , 6 months after purchase - in spite of this occasional use - food started to stick to the pan. For example, omelettes had to be cooked as scramble eggs because, in spite of using butter (though you TV add contend that it's not necessary to use butter or oil to cook on your pans) the egg mixture started to stick to the middle of the pan Finally, a month or so ago, the stain or discoloration shown on the attached photograph appeared! This stain is a change in the composition of the metal - not a food stain - and cannot be washed away. We feel this pan is no longer safe to cook with and we would like to have our money back . We contacted Emerson the manufacturer and they said to contact the Amazon distributor.

Has an aluminum core
It looks like a good pan but I wanted a pan with NO aluminum. It doesn’t state it has an aluminum core. Amazon has always been bad at not bringing up the right search results so this is more on me for not remembering just because you search for non aluminum pans, Amazon will upload them to you anyway.

I was a bit sceptical when I bought this pan, but honestly it surprised me, easy to cook into, spacious, it is non sticking, light, the long handle is not getting hot, easy to clean, so overall I very happy with it.

I'll start by saying I can cook. I can cook any recipe you give me, and I can make recipes as I go just by understanding how to cook. I know how to use non-stick pans. I clean my non-stick pans properly, never use anything but plastic or wood and we 100% hand-wash our non-stick pans at all times. This plan has a terrible, uncomfortable handle. It's basically a flat piece of metal that's odd on the hand and makes you want to avoid touching it. That in itself isn't enough reason to rate this pan as low as I did. The bottom of the pan came warped, there was a bubble in the center. Even that I can live with. The metal of the pan is thin, however the pan does stay on the burner and avoids skidding around. On receipt the non-stick for the pan was fantastic. It's now December 19th. Having used the pan for normal cooking since December 5th, it's now almost completely useless. Bacon sticks to this pan, I didn't even know that was possible. Sausages stick to this pan. Everything that touches it sticks. We're hoping a magic eraser makes it a bit better, but less than 2 months into owning this pan I'm looking for a new pan. No more ceramic pans for me, I'm going back to normal non-stick. Avoid this pan. It has one job and it doesn't do it well. This plan is ideal for someone who never cooks, or almost never cooks. If you cook once or twice a year, it'll be perfect. If you cook 3 or 4 times a week? Avoid.
