The product are great.

I had read some bad reviews on this product and purchased it anyways. I used it twice so far and like it. The metal does not warp under the heat. The grill fits snug in the tray, even after putting two parchment paper under. Cleaning the mesh grill is a mess but I was able to clean it well using a thin brush.

I absolutely love both the grate and the pan! The pan is high grade aluminum so it heats evenly, will never rust and it’s super sturdy. The grate is also well made and sturdy. You’ll want to use a brush with sturdy bristles to get in between the small squares. I love that they are small and the perfect size, food won’t slip through!My first use was smoked salmon in my Traeger. I covered the pan and sprayed the grate with Pam. There is also a good inch of space between the grate and the pan, so that allows for nice airflow. Cooked perfectly! Fish slid right off the grate with slight finger pressure. I used the liquid Barkeepers Friend to clean the pan. Came out just like new! To clean the grate, I used soap and hot water and a brush I bought for scrubbing potatoes. Cleaned up nicely!I’ve been to a restaurant supply store to buy high grade aluminum pans and cookie sheets and I’ve paid top dollar, you get what you pay for! This pan is right up there with the same quality of high end aluminum, extremely sturdy and durable. I think you can guess to say I highly recommend this pan and grate!

I have used the America's Test Kitchen recommended  CIA 23304 Masters Collection 12 Inch x 17 Inch Wire Cooling Rack, Chrome Plate Steel  mostly as cooling racks with great success for years. They have always cleaned up quickly for me with a soapy brush at the sink and I have never experienced any rust issues. They have performed admirably for my needs. Recently I ran short on rack space with a big project. When I went shopping for additional racks these caught my eye and I figured I'd give them a try. So how do they stack up? When trying anything blind I always expect to be underwhelmed. Yes, you may call me a skeptic.* But in this instance I have been pleasantly delighted! These racks are wonderful; not at all flimsy or rough or anything else I could imagine that could possibly go wrong with a rack. They're shiny, they're sturdy, they fit my half sheets. If price is a consideration and you're going to be using them as cooling racks and you are willing to (easily) hand wash I see no reason not to go with the CIA racks.
