It is deeply concerned about truly witnessing not just to convert souls but love the individual members with compassion, understanding and helping them to cope with their lives that they live in relationships with others. I deeply recommend "How to Lead A Great Cell Group Meeting, So People Want to Come Back".

This book is saturated in detail and I'm sure I will read it again as a reference book regarding particular topics I need a refresher on as I go on leading small groups. Just a great resource for everyone interested in small groups. My only regret is that I didn't read this (or a similar) book earlier.

The best thing about Joel's book is that it is concise and practical. Other books on this subject a very theoretical and have their place. However this book gives practical steps to improve your small group leadership skills and knowledge.

I have read so very many books on cell group meetings but this has got to be the best book out there for anyone wanting to start a meaningful group. Every church planning on starting a cell church ministry should make this book mandatory reading. I cannot say enough good about this book.
