will this fit black and decker 20v cordless drill?

While they would fit I would not recommend using the smaller torque bits in your drill. I bought this for computer repair and the smaller bits would strip out or break easily.

can these be used on non security torx screws? sizes are the same etc? or do security torx screws have the exact same shape as non security torx?

I believe that the only difference between "security" and "non-security" torx screws is that the "security" version of the screws has a stud in the middle of the hole to prevent the "non-security" torx bits from fitting. The "security" bits have a hole in the end that allows the bit to fit in the "security" screws. Otherwise they are the same.
