I came down with that epilepsy several years ago. It requires a lot of medications throughout the day. This product has been a total lifesaver!I no longer have to wonder when was the last time I took my medicine.The lid displays the last time I open the bottle, letting me know if I missed a dose or forgot one!The lid has an alarm easy to set up system with beeps to remind you to take your pills. This is great in the morning. I can wake to long enough to take my pill on time.This is easy to use, and I can see the day and time I last opened the bottle, s well as per-schedule multiple alarms 7 days a week. Ît it can work on a standard pharmacy prescription bottle, but I prefer to pick up my prescriptions and the night before and follow the alarms the next day.Because sick people are often on tight budget, I think this makes a great gift for anyone who is on daily medications. I almost missed out, because I didn't want to spend the money. This has saved me many times.

I used this for timed medicines and alarms for the medicine. The timers and alarms can be difficult to set, but the directions are okay to get that done if you're good at that sort of thing. The alarm goes off for about 1 minute and then stops on it's own. It flashes if unopened and an alarm has gone off. I wish the alarm would go off for longer.The function that's the most useful is that it shows the time and day of the week that it was last opened. They're heavy caps with light bottom pill bottles so they tend to be top-heavy. The caps don't stay on very well if in a purse, so not recommended for daily travel, it's more for home use. As is mentioned, they're not child safe so good for older people with arthritis.

Awesome to be able to know when i last took my pills. Works perfectly. Would be better if they fit standard pill bottles instead of making me pour the pills into their special bottle. Also, the device is a bit top heavy, so i keep knocking it over. If you are going to make the customer use proprietary bottles, at least give them a wider base or put a counterweight in the bottom. Just my two bits.

They work well if they fit the bottle, but the mechanism gave out on 2/6 after a year and a half. On the ones that failed, I had to open and close them several times to get them to beep. Not sure when you took that headache pill? These caps know. These do not work with the common prescription vial, but they work fine with the included bottles, and many medications are shipped to pharmacies in bottles that fit these. If your pharmacist gives you a prescription in that bottle these caps are great.

I keep forgetting if I take my pills or not. I am always multitasking and can’t always remember what I just did or did not do. This is a great reminder. One minus star for how small those bottles are.

These are very handy for anyone who forgets to take multimode meds on time. It is a bit confusing to set up, especially for first time digital timer users. Worth the money.

These are great! No more guessing if I took my medication already today! And if one of my kids tried to sneak some thinking I wouldn't notice, well, the timer right there on the cap doesn't lie! There's even a programmable daily alarm I can set if I need an extra reminder. This unique concept pill bottle solves several problems at once. Definitely going to need more to give to family and friends, they make such great, thoughtful gifts!

Used this to remind my mother to take her meds, and it seems to work perfectly. Good size, decent volume, and not technically frightening.
