I absolutely love the color and quality (purchased beige rope basket cubes) but they arrived all folded and I don’t see how I can straighten them out. The maker suggested using a steamer after filling it with blankets. I don’t have a steamer. And I really don’t want to have to work on the baskets I purchase otherwise I’d make my own. I really hope they can figure out a different way to ship this item. Bummer.

Item came compressed as people complain, but instructions were provided with them to form them into shape. I used a steamer but instructions said to use an iron. Anyone with a brain can figure out how to shape these back, fill them with blankets, use a steamer or iron and violà - looks just like the picture. Perfect fit inside IKEA Bookcases or inside a closet for storage. Before and after steaming pictures loaded.

I stuffed pillows in them to get the folds out. I don't know how long it will take to get the creases out.

Cute but a bit small

They are hard to get to take the square shape. They keep reverting back to their packaged form which makes them not stand up. Thick and great cotton but hard to use.

They’re nice, but the send them all bound up. I had to soak them to get all the wrinkles out.

This is exactly as it was described. Well made. Matching in color description. Came flat but easily stood up into a basket.Very pleased.

Unfortunately, these come collapsed and packed tightly such that it causes deep creases around the sides, distorting the shape and therefore they don’t / won’t look as pictured. I cannot use / display these as intended because they look terrible. Initiated a return.Update: I appreciate the swift resolution provided by the seller. If someone has the time and ability to iron out the fold seams these will look and function nicely and as shown. Just be aware that it will take effort and time to get them to shape up after being packaged in folded manner.
