I purchased two of these to rebuild a couple of S8 Actives. One was perfect. Thick, flat, solid quality with a strong adhesive tape. The other one was a POS. Both phones were prepared the same, and thoroughly cleaned with alcohol. The "good" one (packaged as dada wireless, if i recall correctly) went together and stuck down perfectly, and is still solidly stuck down over a week later. The "bad" one (packaged as eagle wireless) was thin and slightly warped with tape that didn't even hold for 20 minutes. They are clearly sourced from different factories as the adhesive and protective backing is totally different between the two. There was no camera/fingerprint sensor adhesive on either one. Both of my camera lens tapes were mangled during the transfer, so be prepared to make your own camera tape and probably lose it's waterproofing in the process. Four stars for the first one, zero stars for the second one.

As advertised, but I wish that it had the lenses or the borders to the lenses. I bought lenses separately, only to find that they needed additional pieces that I couldn't even find up order. No fault of the super, just the reality.

I've had my S8 Active for over 3 years and the back cover started lifting up. The adhesive around the edges were not good anymore. When I received my replacement it came with all the necessary adhesives. I used a hairdryer to heat up the old backing and everything came off easily. I cleaned all the contact points and edges with alcohol and a tweezer to put everything back in place.

the cover started peeling off again after a couple days despite me cleaning the surfaces carefully and with alchohol. the kit does not have a seal for one of the side items, light or fingerprint reader

As other review states, you have to peel old tape off your existing backing for the camera and flash.I got my old cover off, all the old tape fro. The edges, carefully put the camera tape back on, got it all stuck together and an hour latet the outside tape that was included was already failing, and the cover is worse than original as far as peeling.Now the back of my phone is exposed. Wtf.
