An excellent product with superb customer service
The mugs are excellent, the illustrations first class. Unfortunately there was a chip in the handle of one but it was dealt with by the company in a first class manner within a day. The customer service was the best I have ever encountered and the mugs are superb along with a sensible price.

Lovely mugs but much thicker than I think of bone china.
Lovely mugs. Sweet pics of cats and dogs. Brighten up the kitchen.Only problem was the thickness of the “bone china”Much thicker than anticipated.
