Nice coffee maker but......
Nice coffee maker which you can grind beans or use ground coffee, but two issues with it after a few days use:1. Unit doesn't make hot enough coffee - it's hot, but just, cools quickly.2. Unit shuts off after 30 mins from the time you push the start button to brew the coffee. I make 4 cups (two mugs) and unit shuts off before I'm ready for that second cup.Guess I need to drink faster, which solves both problems.

Not too thrilled
The unit worked well for the first 2 month. It now will only brew 3/4 of the amount of water added to the water tank.I'm glad it was on $30.00....there's that old saying "you get what you pay for"

Excellent Coffee maker!
Perfection! The aroma of the beans being ground and then being brewed ~ sublime. UPDATE: June 16 2018 - This pot stopped grinding and minutes later it stopped heating. Subsequently, not a lasting item, not even a year.

Very Happy with this Grind & Brew Machine
Very good coffee maker. Loving it. Freshly ground coffee simply tastes much better and this small and relatively inexpensive machine does a very good job without the need for difficult cleanups. Now, this is not a fancy machine that makes expresso type coffee. What it does have is a blade that spins around (sounds very fast) which grinds up my whole bean coffee while it boils the water and then in that same chamber, where the now ground coffee is, it pours the hot water, which drips down into the carafe. The coffee is reliably excellent. A couple things to note: you need to make two measured cups on the carafe in order to get one real size cup of coffee. I find that the coffee is better if you not try to work this thing to capacity. In other words, it's great if you're making a cup of coffee for yourself. When making 2 real cups (4 cups on the carafe), it might be better to grind & brew twice (not sure about this really as I only did it once), if you've got the time. It comes with a measuring spoon.. I like to put 50% more beans than it suggests. Also, when I bought this, I read reviews about other grind & brew makers that are evidently a pain in the %$#@! to clean. This one is very easy - simply remove the top section, dump out the used grounds (which I put in a bowl and throw in my landscaping - great fertilizer) and rinse it out in the sink. For less than $100, you can't go wrong with this machine. Oh, and if the manufacturer is reading this, I suggest making some other colors, especially black.

Overall the concept is good, but the company is being too ambitious on ...
The whole concept of having a grinder built in to a coffee maker is marvelous. However the company did not design the product in a way that meet the basic coffee brewing requirements. The capacity of coffee beans you can put does not correspond to the amount required to brew a decent cup of coffee. Turnout that the coffee is tasteless. And if you put more beans the grinder won’t be able to handle it. Overall the concept is good, but the company is being too ambitious on their capability to make the product good

It looks great in the kitchen
Had this coffee maker for 5 weeks now. Absolutely loving this machine. It looks great in the kitchen, design is quite unique and minimalistic. After some research we decided to gave this a try because we just wanted a simple grinder coffee maker, and our kitchen is small so we didn't have room for a separate grinder and fancy cappuccino/espresso maker. We prefer to have a full pot of fresh coffee in the morning where I can take some to work rather than single cups from K Cups(although you can just add less beans to do that). My friend has the $300 Breville Grind Control coffee maker, to be honest I can’t really tell the difference for the coffee.Cleaning is pretty easy, I just take the filter out and give it a quick wash after it’s done. Noise level for grinding is okay, I usually wake up first and put it on before I hit the shower, doesn’t wake up my girlfriend. So far I am really happy with this product, for the price I paid it’s a great deal. Gonna buy a second one for my parents. Recommend to anyone looking for a great product for reasonable price.

Not my best buy
After the initial water purge, i added 4 tablespoon if coffee beans and added water for two cups. The grinder made a lot of grinding sounds, but after the water stopped dripping, the coffee pot was filled with brown water. I checked the beans and not one single bean was groundAfter a few hours I tried it again with half the beans and again lot if noise and no ground beans. What a waste if money and Kina beans.

Mighty Little Machine
Perfect for one person or two who don’t drink a lot of coffe at once. So far, the easiest to use I’ve had and the brewing process makes for a smooth taste. Easy clean-up and surprising low profile that is compact enough to not dominate the countertop. The filter could fit tighter. The noise was less than I had antisipated, a keeper.
