After waiting well over the estimated delivery time for this product it turned out to be useless. The hole is in the wrong place and it doesn't close to secure the ring

Nose swelled and ring fell apart

Do not get this!balls have fell off, only one of the rings turned up (the big one) and my nose is now swollen and killing/leaking puss! The ring also went a horrible brown colour too
