Yes, you can chill it after it's brewed. I would brew it in hot water first. It has sediment so it will need to be shaken if it chills for a while.

What's the difference between three ballerinas green box vs the brown box? Is the only difference flavor.

The potency for me. I used the ballerina for a while and when it stopped working as good I switched to the ginseng brand. Works like a charm!
