Excellent Quality
I never write reviews, but felt compelled to write one to let others considering this table know how fabulous it is! It was received on time and in absolutely PERFECT condition. I purchased this for a design/staging project and was nervous that it might be damaged, but it was not! It was in perfect shape. It was easy to assemble, another bonus!The table color is exactly as pictured so no surprises there!I would highly recommend. Quality piece for a reasonable price. It was perfect for our project and will make a nice asset to our inventory.

WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
Table appeared cheap and rickety when it arrived and was also a different color in person and did not match the chairs. On trying to return, was informed I would be charged shipping back, a restocking fee and $25 to print out a shipping label. WHAT? Fought with the company (East-West) for 2 months, finally Amazon had to intervene to refund my money. Left the table out by the trash and some homeless people took it. Good riddance. I'm a Designer: DO NOT BUY; AND DO NOT BUY FROM EAST WEST

It's Cheap
The top arrived cracked and the screws that have to be countersunk in order to have a flat table top couldn't be countersunk due to poor routing. I had to leave off the washers (the diagram required washers) in order to make that part work. It's light weight and easy to move around which can be good if you need to move it. But it feels cheap because sitting at the table actually makes it move across the floor. The drop leaves do not rise evenly with the rest of the table. I wouldn't buy it again. When one of our kids move out, I'll give to them as a temporary kitchen table and replace this one with a FB marketplace find or something. I paid $178; it's not worth more than $50.

Not a bad product
I received this item in two shipments which was unusual but everything was there and in good condition so in the end that's fine. I was able to build it by myself and it was pretty easy but I found tightening the bolts inside the pedestal a bit difficult since the tool didn't really fit but besides that it's perfect for my small kitchen and I love it.
