Nothing short of AMAZING! First off let me say that I am a chronic migraine sufferer and on disability because of the severity over time. I also get over 31 Botox injections for pain every 3 months because of them etc...SO when I got this, I’ve used it now for a week & the AMAZING TENSION RELIEF I feel in my temple and neck areas are ASTOUNDING. I’m still dabbing everytime I remember because I’ve never had any relief for migraines and I’m not used to having something I can grab and apply that actually relieves pain. So I’ll be ordering another one because I keep this one in my purse. Good job!

My tween son started to get migraines about 6 months ago. The headaches are very infrequent (thankfully). After he got his first, I ordered this product. I haven’t had to use it until recently. My son woke up in the middle of the night and complained of a migraine. He said it was a bad one. I tried putting diluted peppermint on his head and gave him ibuprofen to no avail. Then I remembered I had this on hand. Within 5 minutes of using it, he felt better. I usually don’t make the time to write reviews, but I was so thankful my son felt better that I made a promise to myself that I would write this one in hopes it may help someone else.

I am very susceptible to upper respiratory infections and allergies. A friend told me she used this and that it really works. I have had a residual cough from a recent infection so I decided to try it. I have just had it three days and used it every night. My cough has gotten a lot better. So far so good.

I have been suffering from horrible post nasal drip and a stuffy nose due to allergies. Nothing OTC has helped dry up my nose and I’ve tried all of the OTC allergy meds from A to Z. I received “Breath” yesterday and used it last night, I slept through the night and didn’t need to reapply or take meds other than my normal Claritin. I put it on my chest, neck and wrists (I sleep with my hands close to my face). My nose didn’t get stuffy or run at all! A MILLION THANK YOU’S!!!!!

The product smelled wonderful, it doesn’t have that strong menthol odor most pain reliever creams/oils have. It’s a combination of lavender and peppermint and it’s not overpowering. As for pain relief it takes the edge off. I was using it on my neck and elbow. My pain never went away completely (it rarely ever does) but as I said it takes the edge off.

My wife had been using a different product that is currently unavailable, so I decided to give Up Nature a try. The product has a great scent and she could feel the stress and breathing relief immediately! She has asthma so the scent could have been a deal breaker. Great product I would certainly consider buying again for her!

Nice, light scent that helps full pain. Didn’t find it did much when rubbed on my wrists, but was great when applied to my temples. I have chronic migraines and headaches, and this helps take the edge off when I get a headache which could turn into a migraine.

I like that this is local. I live in Austin and like supporting local businesses when possible.The scent is basically straight cinammon, which isn't bad, but do keep that in mind if you're not fond of spicy scents. I think it would be great during the colder months as a pick me up.I haven't tried it for its intended purpose yet, hence the 4 stars, but it seems high quality. I'll update the review around flu season.
