Sturdy top tube bag.
This is a sturdy top tube bag that is so easy to fit. It holds my Huawei Mate 20 X with a screen of 7.2 inches. It holds a 20,000 mAh battery pack USB cables and some gels etc to keep me going on long cycles. Sits well on the top tube and doesn't move around. Zips are easy to use when pedaling.

Fits nicely to frame, so far as stood up to wet conditions. Room for spare tyre, bike till and snack.
