My master bath had a 50 CFU fan in it from construction. The space required 69 CFU minimum and this caused extensive moisture damage over time. We started a bathroom remodel and this was the first thing we replaced. I would also mention i ran an extra 12/3 wire and replaced 2 single switches for the light and fan of the old unit with two double switches for this unit. This fan is a 110 CFU slightly larger than recommended for my bath. I would suggest a person buying a fan 50% larger than needed. My wife takes scalding hot showers in our 528 cubic foot space and this easily clears the steam while running full speed. Don't forget to leave the bath door open a few inches for max air flow, it helps to clear the room faster. Review: Five Stars - Best out there.
