This chair is so comfortable, I love the auto features. And it stays reclined unlike my previous recliner that I kept having to use my feet to push back to keep it reclined. This is such high quality and works so well, and comfy, my husband easily slept on the matching couch that I bought a couple eeeks ago, love the set! Diane

I am unhappy about the footrest elevation, I there any way I can improve that. Please advise. Thanks. I will be having knee surgery replacement next month.

Uodate- customer servive sent replacement pieces to get it working ......Recliner gets stuck when reclining back down cushions wear down fast.

Perfect chair for our brother in law who has a very difficult time reclining a manual chair. Very comfortable and has a place for cups and usb port.

UPDATE: good customer service, they fixed the problem with the recliner!Bought 4 of the chairs in November 2024. Love the chairs until one of the chairs massage/heat stopped working. The remote still lights up but no massage/heat. We bought at least 6 different of these chairs the past 6 months. Sent the seller a message a week ago, no response. Would not buy these chairs if they stop working 3 months later and customer service does not respond back.

I wouldn’t buy this again even if you paid me. When closing the recliner it would get stuck before closing all the way. I would get out of the chair and it would make a loud clunking sound and then close. Very uncomfortable also.

Size. Massage, Value for the money

The chair was extremely easy to set up and was actually very comfortable to sleep in as my post Double Bypass surgical chair . To me , it was a savior !
