Have not completed the full set up on this phone yet. Good condition for an acceptable condition phone. There are a few scratches around the camera lens but none on the lens and some Micro scratches on the screen plus two very tiny deep scratches on the bottom of the screen but not anything that I'll fixate on while it's in use.

I bought this exact phone refurbished from Samsungs website first, priced at $704. Aesthetically, the phone was flawless. But the battery life was terrible and after the software updates, it was extremely laggy and didn't want to load any of my apps.I sent it back after seeing this one on here for significantly less ($369) and couldn't be happier. The battery life is spectacular! There were a few minor dings around the camera, but my case covers them anyways. Other than that, this phone is flawless and very worth the price I paid! It was fully unlocked upon arrival (some of the reviews had me pretty worried I'd have a problem connecting to cricket). I simply put my Sim card in from my previous phone and was good to go! Definitely recommend!

With almost new appearance, the first impresion is excellent.In the first recharge with provided acessory the first deception. It's low power rate.After some weeks using, the front camera shows bad pixels (pink points)After 2 months, the screen starts flickering, a white line appears constantly.After almost 3 months, the screen get black a lot of time.

The charger it comes with is ass, cheap. But the phone itself is beyond phenomenal not a scratch on it battery has lasted me Two days with minimal use I've had it active for a week so far and I'm very impressed with the quality. Definitely worth buying refurbished!

I was skeptical to get this phone because I wasn't sure how it would look and do being refurbished and I was coming from being an avid iPhone user. I was so pleasantly surprised at how good the phone looked coming out of the package. So far I've had no issues with using it either. Battery life seems good as well. I haven't truly tested out the camera yet which was one reason for my hesitation but the couple of pics I've taken so far have not been too bad. Again, the phone looked brand new. I have not seen any scratches anywhere on the phone. Very pleased.

I was nervous about purchasing a refurbished phone from Amazon. And when I first got it & plugged it in, I thought I was going to be sending it back because it wasn't charging at all. THANKFULLY I tried using my old charger instead of the one that came with the phone. The charger that came with the phone must have been defective because as soon as I plugged in my old charger, phone started charging instantly. I've had it for a little over a month, phone has been working great - no imperfections at all and I haven't had any issues.

There are some tiny scratches around the cameras and on some of the lenses(I didn't expect it to look pristine being a used phone), but thankfully that hasn't effected the picture quality that I've noticed. For being used it's in pretty good shape. I did immediately put an OtterBox defender pro(symmetry is too slippery and commuter series breaks too easily)on it immediately along with a screen and lens protector. My only grief with the phone is that I can't find Wi-Fi calling and I need that in my home because reception is terrible. The camera zoom is amazing. I'm upgrading from a prepaid Motorola phone and there is a night and day difference. I used the SIM card out of my old phone. Sound quality is phenomenal. It was packaged well and meets my expectations. I just really hope I can figure out the Wi-Fi calling issue or it will have to go back. The screen protector is an issue. Be careful what one you buy. Read reviews thoroughly because I can't use my finger print sensor with the ones I got even though the product description said I could. It works great without the protector on the screen, but I drop my phone's way too much to trust going without the protector. Hope this helps. This is the phantom silver.
