What is the watts rms output on this powermixer?

Well, they make some pretty amazing bold claims but those have to be fantasy "peak power" numbers. The sticker on the back of mine says it pulls 180 watts from the wall so... That being said, with four 15" PA speakers this has filled a medium airplane hanger with no problem. If you try to push a lot of bass through it though you will run into some headroom issues.

Will the aux in playback in stereo ? Like from an iPhone?

Yes, there are line level inputs and a dedicated input/output for an external source, all in stereo.

Can you run a carvin em900 in ear monitor?

It does have Bluetooth capabilities whether that will help you with your ear monitor I don't know. It has no lines out for powered speakers or powered monitors. Which I thought was ridiculous as far as power goes they way overrated it and has a tendency to start clipping at high volumes it's like they took the pmp2000 and figured out how to make it a worst product by adding a D on it ...
