Q: Is it normal that the hammer drill makes a weird rattling sound when i shake it? Not from the nut nor the battery, its from the back of the drill

I hear a slight rattle on mine when I shake it and hold the chuck. It's very slight. I've had mine for several months now but now issues.

There are three levels of 20v equipment. 20v regular, 20v XR, and 20v XR with flexvolt. As I understand it the XR series is a little more powerful than the regular version. The XR vs Flexvolt are very similar, both models will take a 60V battery, however the flexvolt is able to extract more performance out of the 60v battery than the xr model. So if you have no intention of using 60v batteries for more power, you can stick with the XR.
