I have only had it for 10 days and am getting great results.
I have very stubborn hyperpigmentation and the first photo is already while being on hydroquinone and tretinoin... but this remaining pigment was driving me nuts! I started using cysteamine not even every night as instructed because of being so busy. I have seen cysteamine take me a lot further in my hyperpigmentation journey. It has taken all the dark and deeper pigment out of my spots. It has done what hydroquinone and tretinoin couldn't do. I can't wait to see what my spots will look like after the 4 months!

I have not used this cream long enough to give my final thoughts. But, in this 4 weeks i’ve been using the cream, i can see some small improvements. Nothing to big. My hyperpigmentation looks, just a little bit lighter - this can also be due to my other current skin care rutine. Will probably keep using this, or skip to another cysteamine cream.The APC didn’t give me any problems. It feels good, no burning sensation. Sometimes I let it sit on the skin for 30 min. with no issues. I use the cream in the morning, before washing my face.I have high expectations from this cysteamine cream and i’ m excited to se if i can get more improvements in my skin complexion.

It Works!
My dermatologist encouraged me to buy this and honestly I’m glad I did. I am a dark skin black women and I have really bad hyperpigmentation and I’ve tried so many products it’s depressing. My first week of using this I noticed a slight difference in my face so I continued to use it and incorporated it in my skin care routine. You have to be consistent to see a big difference. It stinks really bad but if your like me and struggle with dark spots and hyperpigmentation it’s worth the buy.

At first when I bought this product I was skeptical but I tried it anyway and then I found out over time it really does work and it really do last a long period of time I believe even longer than what they stated I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking to take care of dark spots or discoloration to the skin

The smell!
I just started to use this and hasn’t seen improvement yet. However, the smell of the product is nauseating. I can still smell it after I wash it off with soap and water. In fact, the smell lingers for about 2 days. I know this is good stuff. Only if I can overcome the smell!
