A: Having never personally used biofreeze I could not tell you how the two products compare. Our product provides cooling relief from pains and comes in a much larger 16 oz container.

A: I like Dr Pat’s the best goes in your skin fast help my pain better , I am sorry that I can’t get it through amazon they been put it .

**Q: Does this compare with Sombra Cream...has anyone tried Sombra?**
A: I have never tried Sombra Cream.   I know one thing and that is this Dr. Pats stuff did not do anything for me or my wife.  I would not spend any money on this product.
