Useful and easy to use

Great for back bends

It’s a brilliant product I brought the pink one but I will say when you bend back the padding is not very soft and hurt my back quite a lot. It came with no instructions but was very easy to put up.I would also like to say it get quite tangled but overal it is a fantastic product and I would definitely suggest it.

My daughter loved using this for practicing back bends/bridge . It helped massively and she can now do these unaided but still uses this to do other exercises! Very useful and secure!

Shame it doesn't come with instructions. Bought for my 10 yr old, so would've appreciated guidelines/instructions purely because of the safety element

I was alittle wary of this and the safety aspect of it but my daughter now does everything upside down! She loves it and it's building her core to help her with her gymnastics.

I wanted this to learn dropbacks. It has not been a good training assistant for me. I have not found a good way to use it, plus, it seems to be leaving marks on my door where I had it hanging.

Bought for my 8 year old to work on backbends. The strap came unbuckled mid back bend and she fell on her head. Thank goodness I had a tumbling mat down and it softened the blow. I have bought hundreds of items off Amazon and this is the 1st review I have ever done. From 1 parent to another DO NOT BUY IT!!

This is an easy to use and easy to set up. I had to use it on my front door because it won't work on the bedroom doors. My 6 year old loves it so she practice her back bends independently. It comes with a bag to fold up so it is compact for storing away when not in use.
