A couple months ago my vitamin d levels were really low. A single digit lol. I was prescribed pills at first but asked my doctor for a liquid since swallowing pills was kind of an issue for me. The liquid I had ended getting was very expensive and tasted awful! I ended up coming across these and I’m so glad I did! I just recently checked my levels and I am now in the double digits. I wish this brand would make a maintenance dose because I would not mind taking these every day.

My D level was low at 21 on 11/15/23 and it's now high end of normal at 47 as of 3/9/24. This was fast and effective! They tasted fine. I took half on Sunday and half on Wednesday every week. When I took it all at once, it made my face flushed and warm - not a big deal really but separating the dose prevented that. I will continue using Replesta 14,000 IU going forward to maintain my levels. Very pleased!

My doctor wrote a prescription for 50,000iu of Cholecalciferol (D3) but I can't swallow most pills. I went looking for some D3 gummies online and found these Replesta wafers. I could've gotten my prescription pills for only $4 at the pharmacy but it doesn't do me any good if I can't swallow them. These wafers are, for me, better than taking a bunch of capsules every day. The Amazon price is cheaper than my pharmacy, by several dollars. The flavor is good but they are chalky, so if this bothers you, have something to drink ready. I worry about forgetting to take capsules every day, so I can take these and tape one to the calendar (they're really flat), next to every Saturday, so I remember them. When I stay on these, my hypothyroid symptoms stay at bay. As soon as I notice the skin around my fingernails starting to get dry and raw, I know that I need to be taking the vitamin E, again. I wish these were available on Amazon's Prime Pantry, so I would always have them on hand. That would be incredibly helpful.
