The best if you have gluten intolerance or celiac disease. I make award-winning fried chicken but won't submit to anyone as I won't give up my recipe….just yet!

Great coating for so many foods!
I am gluten sensitive, and this is the first coating i have found that is as tasy to me as it is to my husband who is not gluten free--Love it on pork, chicken, and seafood!
