Really comfortable in my shoes. I liked that 3 sets were included so I do not have to move from shoe to shoe. The heal supports do have a sticky underside that sticks in your shoe heel area so they do not move. I do not suggest not wearing socks - as they are gel rubber like your heels can get slippy without socks and that negates the usefulness of this product.Relieved the pain in my heals in a new and old pair of shoes.

Hello!This product is amazing for the people who styffuke wanting to wear flat shoes but wanna still be stylish. Vans are one of my favorite shoes and this helps vans more manageable to wear for a non skateboarders. It allows my foot to still hold its arch and can easily stick to the inside sole of the shoe. If you want to use on multiple shoes, consider ordering more then one pair as the sticky part does happen to ware off with multiple shoe changes. This is a very good product for foot support.

Very comfy, perfect for putting to your slides as pad is clear and actually helps to hold foot in when walking. I do not like the gel sticking to my foot and releasing with each step, needs to be nonstick on top.

It was worth a try but in the end my plantar fasciitis was bad enough that these gel pads really didn't help me at all.

If you have plantar fasciitis, as do I, you definitely want something to help reduce the pain. I have been using these for several days, and I am delighted with them. Caveat: inserts of any type used alone are not going to "cure" fasciitis. That said, combine proper stretching regimen, excellent arch supporting shoes, and excellent inserts, you have a great combination to provide a high level of relief. These gel inserts from Armstrong Amerika are great! Plus, you get 3 pairs for a very reasonable price. Furthermore, they are built to stay in place in the shoe; and, they are easily movable so you can use them in other shoes.Even if you don't have fasciitis, but want some added comfort in your shoes, get some of these! In fact, writing this review has convinced me to order another set so I don't need to move any around among my shoes.UPDATE: I wanted some more heel inserts, and, without looking at any others, I ordered another pack from Armstrong Amerika. The product and the customer service are both excellent!

I made one mistake in my video I said that the running shoes that I have are “Asics adrenaline 19” they are not a six they are “Brooks adrenaline 19”I repeat Brooks adrenaline 19, the latest model in the Brooks line of running shoes for overpronators. Also good for just walking they are great shoes but again they are not Asics they are “Brooks “!!!!!I made a mistake I wanted to correct this before you see the video.I can’t even begin, there enough room here to tell you how bad these are! I’m going to try and upload a video which I have never done in all of my years of Amazon it’s not going to be a good video because I am not good at videos but I hope you get the point so you can see for yourself that I am not just “a bunch of words“. Bottom line don’t waste your money on these or, waste your money, try them and see for yourself! They helped my heel pain but they are too narrow for my heel heel. These would be fine if you have a really narrow foot. And be aware that the front edge of the cushion is thick so it can be uncomfortable to walk on for some people
