I recently tried the Mag O7 cleanse after going through many different gut detox products. This seems to be the only thing that actually worked for me. Most laxatives and detox products left me in the bathroom all day and still feeling bloated afterwards. With Mag O7 I feel great after. It says you can take 3-5 capsules. I started off with taking just one and it didn’t do anything. 2 capsules definitely helps things move a little faster but it still wasn’t quite enough for me. 3 capsules was the first amount. It was gentle on my stomach, I didn’t have any bloating or cramping or discomfort. After about 4-5 hours I just feel like I had to go and for once I was able to be completely empty afterwards. I don’t take them everyday. About twice a week or after a day where I ate a lot of junk food and needed to detox. Bloating has always been a huge issue for me and after I take this, I go from a distended belly to being almost completely flat. The capsules are pretty large so I suggest drinking a lot of water when taking them. Overall, I highly suggest this product whether you’re just needing a short term reset or trying to add something into your daily routine.

So let me start off by saying that I used to go regularly. 1-2x per day, healthy poops! Now that i’m on GLP-1 medication, my main side effect is constipation. I was going 4 days without pooping, and when I finally did, I struggled only for little pebbles to come out. I upped my fiber intake with different foods, probiotics, and gummys, still nothing!So I was scrolling on tiktok and saw this, figured what the hell? I tend to read the negative reviews first so I can see the common denominator of why it didn’t work for them.The first night I only took two out of three pills because I was scared. I would poop myself in the middle of the night. The next day? Nothing happened so I took three the next night. Again, nothing happed until halfway through my day I felt it and ran to the bathroom. FINALLY!! Figured it was a one time thing, so that night I took 3. Pooped again, mid day and then again after a few hours.Needless to say, I will be repurchasing these as a staple in my routine. I am so beyond thankful for this product. I was desperate after starting a GLP1 and not going for 4 days. I have IBS and normally have no issues going at least once a day. The product was delivered early morning and I didn’t want to wait until night time to take it… I took it right when I got up on an empty stomach with a lot of water. I did get really bad gas pains about 3 hours later but by hour 4, I went with no issues!!!

It has definitely helped with the bloated feeling and cleaning out my system. I do not feel like it helps with losing weight. Which is ok with me because I bought it for the bloated feeling. I have had to take the 3 pills dose as recommended to have it work. then I was able to drop to 2 pills a dayfor the rest of the time. I did order again after a month in case I become irregular and bloated feeling again.

This stuff is a MUST for anyone using GLP1s. This helps keep things moving when the digestion processes are slowing down with the meds. The standard is to take three at night if you’re feeling constipated, but I take two a night a four times a week and I haven’t had any problems.

This is hands down the best natural laxative I've used. I'm having major constipation with my GLP1 and this gave me relief. It actually works in 4 to 6 hour window for me though. Not 8+ hours so it does interrupt my sleep.

I was buying these more often before but slowed down due to the price. I decided to get them again because I need to detox. I really wish they were as expensive because they do a great job. No stomach pain and funky noises in my belly. For me, 5 pills seem to work better. I take them one at a time and at night a few minutes before bed.
