These have been very helpful in setting meds for my elderly Mom. I can fill the tray at home whenever I have to time and just replace the empty tray when it’s time. Huge timesaver for me.

I purchased this kit mainly for the extra barrel key for my mom's Med-E-Lert pill dispenser. But, it also comes with an extra tray and labels. This dispenser has been a lifesaver for keeping someone suffering from memory issues safe from accidentally over-medicating.

This is a great answer to an elderly person who lives alone & forgets how & when to take their daily meds, am, pm & evening, safety. An alarm will alert it's time to take, then stay open until next time pills are to be expensed. We used this for my elderly mom for a few years. No problems. This was a great answer to a serious problem.

I bought this and 3 extra trays. The time of day and alarms are easy to set and change. My dad knows what to do when the alarm goes off, reminding him to take his pill and only doles out the correct pills. We don't need to use lock, but seems a bit fussy when I tried it. I can prefill extra trays for the coming weeks and that makes changing out the trays once a week easy.

My mom struggles to take her medications as prescribed. Either too much, not enough, not on schedule. After an episode a couple months ago she let me start managing them and filling this for her. It’s been a godsend. I’m also a hospice nurse and we use similar ones for pts if they have difficulty remembering or managing their meds. I thought it came with 2 trays because of the pictures, but it was the lid and the "original" tray. Still, it's a good value and I will definitely get some use out of it. Great idea as a way to remember to take daily pills.

I recently had a lot of medicines added by a cardiology so a pill dispenser became a necessary. It is very helpful to be sure I take my meds on time. I only which the volume could be adjusted.

The Med-elert product itself is a great solution for helping with accurate dosing. This additional tray doesn't work as the lid that is supplied doesn't clip onto the tray which means the pills spill.
