A great post workout supplement for recovering from your hard working sessions! The flavor is different (in a good way) from the normal fruit punch, grape, blah, blah, blah. I hope that NutroBio comes out with a naturally flavored Pre and Post workout supplement (I know that NutraBio has an unflavored variety - but that's not the same and I would imagine would be EXTREMELY bitter tasting).If you're looking for a QUALITY post workout supplement - GET THIS ASAP!! I spend a crap ton of money on supplements so I can tell you that this is a quality product and worth the pennies :-D

This is my 4th jar. I use it as a drink during and after a workout. Since there are so many factors involved with fitness, diet and exercise, it's darn near impossible to determine the efficacy of just one component, such as this product. What I can share is that is tastes good, it's very sweet. After it's mixed with water, you cannot leave a drink out for a long period of time. The proteins degrade and begin to smell bad. All in all, it's a good supplement. I think it works.

I was so excited about this product. But I tried it twice after working out and it gave me the absolute worst stomach pain. The first time I took it, I had the worst gas of my life the whole entire day. The second time I only took a half scoop because I was scared, but I wanted to be sure it was caused by the product. It definitely was the product, because I woke up with terrible stomach pain that would only resolve a little if I turn to my left side. I know that BCAAs are a diuretic, but it also made my throat and mouth soo uncomfortably dry. This maybe could have been remedied by drinking a ton of water. At least I didn’t have the wurst gas ever the second time. Maybe my body needs to get used to it, but it’s not worth being so uncomfortable a third time.. the weird thing is that I love taken most of the ingredients separately and I love them, so I figured putting them all together in one would be great, but something about it just kills my stomach.

I purchased this product for a gift. The person who asked for it absolutely loves it and raves about it all the time

Been taking this now for about 2 months. I like to take it after my 10 am snack. Then my workout is at 5 pm. I can feel a difference in my overall strength. I don't fell as sore and tired after my workouts. Im hooked!!!

Sabor muy bueno y refrescante para justo después de entrenar , depende la hora de tu entrenamiento, me ha servido mucho para las subidas intensas de la montaña ……. Recomendado
