SR includes Bromelain which comes from the core of pineapples, aids in digestion, improves heart health, is a pain reliever etc... I'm glad it's included. It also has ginger extract. Ginger is also a digestive aid that is an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant. It can treat nausea, indigestion and much more.
