Yes, you can use it if your hair is curly. **Q: Can you use this on straight hair?** A: Yes you can. It is for all hair types, however, if your scalp is naturally oily this contains avocado oil and it could weigh your hair down. I use it as a cowash wich is something I do not recommend for straight hair but as a conditioning mask it should be ok. Make sure to rinse well. As a matter of fact for straight hair I recommend these Skalas better: Potão Desmaiado & Skala Jaborandi. My mother has straight hair with oily scalp and those work really well for her. **Q: is it leave-it on or we should wash it off?** A: It can be used as a Cowash, conditioning mask or pre-shampoo. It is not indicated by the brand to use as a leave in however this is a vegan product that does not contains petrolatums, parabens, mineral oil or sulfate.
