This isn't exactly what I thought I was buying. I expected this to be the length of a Tie so that I could use it like a fancy tie. Instead this is very short. I have a size 18" neck and this barely fits enough to make an ascot of it. I bought it in conjunction with the matching jacket. Even though I really didn't want an Ascot, I have to say it looks pretty great with the vest. The real proof will come next month when I wear it to my event. Other than my disappointment with the size, the Ascot itself is very nice. If you want an Ascot and your neck is 16" or so, you should be very happy.

The color is great, however if they could have spent another nickel to illustrate how to tie the ascot. The illustration is on a light colored pattern and so small you need a magnifying glass to see it.

Excellent quality and color. This cravat however may be too short for many applications. If you intend to use a simple "wrap around and fold the back flap over the top arrangement" for the classic Ascot look, it may just work for you if you require a 19" collar size. If you plan on using the a more complex knot then it will be too small for folks that need a regular 19" collar.

Very well made. Got this to wear to a New Years Eve party, and received compliments on the appearance of the cravat. Interesting change from a bowtie or necktie, and more comfortable! Intend to get more of the same in different colors/designs.

The black brown is mostly pumpkin orange as it appears in pics with almost no brown. Too short for proper ascot wear. Only really works inside collar

The ascot looks even better in person than in the picture, very tasteful brown paisley. Quality fabric. I will be ordering a few more of these for the upcoming winter. I wear them in place of scarves or underneath for extra warmth and a bit of class!

The material is beautiful. However, being a larger guy (20" neck) it was very short and doesn't really fit well. I would imagine anyone wearing over a 15" neck size would have trouble tying this properly.
