I take these potassium pills to help prevent leg cramps and keep my electrolytes balanced. I am generally active and exercise regularly so I sweat, I also drink a lot of water. These vitamins may seem like a small amount and I eat plenty of potassium containing foods, but these make a big difference in how I feel during and after exercise. In combination with other supplements, I get through my workouts easier, my body takes less time to recover, and I don’t feel as dehydrated after exercise. These pills are also small, have no flavor, and you get 100 of them.
