This is a great writing instrument. It has a nice size and looks great. Cross pens are always reliable and well made with great refills and colors. I like the feel and ease of use of this rollerball. I’ll is top notch and great one for the money and comparable to much more costly pens. Love this pen and very highly recommend this. The black finish is impressive.

I like Cross Pens. I brought this Pen for my daughter. She really like it. Now she wants the Ballpoint Pen. Blue is her color. It writes good, and she says it is easy to hold. The size of it is just right.

Looks great, writes well BUT the top will not stay on the pen when writing -- not ideal. I have tried everything - no go. it is either a design flaw or something with the finish.

Nice pen and writes well but I returned it because I have tremors and it is just not heavy enough for my liking.

I was already familiar with the Cross rollerball pens—they are fantastic!! Most of the time I have been using my Cross Sauvage and love the way it performs. When I saw the Cross Bailey, I knew I must have one!! I am crazy about the color scheme—white, rose gold, and black. It writes beautifully and I would highly recommend this pen.

If you are a pen person, this is a nice addition to an everyday use of pens. Love the heft, the color, the ink. Hate that the cap does not stay on the back when you use it. If I just remove the cap and put it aside while writing, the "feel" and balance changes dramatically in my opinion. Read one review where the person added a bit of something on the barrel to keep the cap in place, I tried electrical tape. Not an elegant solution and ruins the look so I removed it. Like I said, love the pen, the color etc hate that the cap does not remain on the barrel when in use. By the by, I am referring to using the pen. The cap stays on just fine to protect the tip, no issue or problem there.

Can't say enough great things about this pen, but I'll get one thing out of the way to begin: If you absolutely must have a pen that "posts" (i.e., that move where you remove the pen cap and firmly lodge it onto the back of the pen as you write), you will definitely be disappointed in the Cross Bailey. However, if you are someone like me who frequently hands your pen over to strangers for them to sign things, the non-postable cap provides a HUGE advantage: theft deterrence. Think of it this way: When you take your pen from your pocket, remove the cap, and then hand the pen to another person, you are practically guaranteed to receive it back, because (A) virtually no one would accidentally shove an ink pen without a cap into their pocket, and (B) virtually no one would deliberately steal an ink pen that is missing a cap. I did my research and decided that rollerball pens were my pen of choice. I've heard plenty of great things about the Cross brand, and I've had such a fantastic experience with the Cross Bailey line that I've purchased four of them in the last five months, just to have different styles to match to my shirts/neckties. The red lacquer is easily my favorite color finish, and in the past five months I've had countless customers of mine use the pen to sign a document or sales receipt and comment on how well the pen writes . . . including a few people who have asked me if it's a Montblanc. (So far my reply to this inquiry has been, "No, it's a Cross Bailey . . . it writes like a dream and it only set me back 25-30 bucks" and they're dumbfounded.)

Great value for the money. One of a number of Cross pens that I've purchased.

Liegt gut in der Hand (auch in einer großen) und die Mine hat ein sehr schönes, weiches Schreibgefühl. Die Kappe verschließt den Stift mit einem satten "Klick" und die Verarbeitung ist gut. Ich wüsste nicht, warum ich zu deutlich teureren Marken (wie die mit dem Schneegipfel) greifen sollte. Außer zu Sammlerzwecken.
