I was very skeptical about this product, after reading all the mixed reviews. Glad I purchased it. Works great, and yes some of the bad reviews are somewhat accurate to a point. 1. It is loud. True, but no louder than my food processor. 2. You can smell the electric motor. True, but all electric motors give off a smell. 3. It gets hot after 15 minutes. True, but if you let your mixer or blender run more than 15 minutes continuously, it will be hot as well. Mine did not hot til 25 minutes into it. I turned it off let cool down, and went back to it. 4. Poor quality. Not true. Yes there are better quality meat grinders, but they are commercial grade, and cost 5 times what this one does. Was it easy to put together. Yes Did it grind my meat. Yes very well Was it easy to use. Yes ... very. I purchased this item because, like many of you, I am tired of paying high cost for low quality food. I tried using a food processor to grind my meat, but it had a hard time grinding the fat. Hands down best money spent so far this year. I am thinking about purchasing the accessories for this.

I ordered the CHEFFANO Meat Grinder Electric, Heavy Duty Meat Grinder Machine Sausage Stuffer Maker 2000W Max with Convenient Handle, 9 Accessories [Sausage & Kubbe Kit Included], Home Commercial Use (Black-QK) from Amazon (Smile) on March 7, 2022. Several days after its arrival, I set it up to prepare ground chuck. It was a breeze to set up. I used the medium-sized hole attachment and it quickly produced a wonderful product. It was also a breeze to clean. I cooked the ground beef and the result was better than I had expected. It is wonderful to know precisely the meat (quality) that I serve to myself and to others. Great product and I’m looking forward to experimenting with various mixtures and specialty meats.

I’ve used this grinder 3 times and have had no issues. Do watch that you don’t get the blade on backwards. There is an illustration of the correct way on the feed tube plus you’ll know by the racket it makes as the blades drag across the auger. I would recommend that the meat you are grinding be barely thawed or extremely cold and firm. The blade cuts better and stays cool so you don’t start cooking the meat (grey meat). I’m definitely satisfied at this point but will it be able to handle the 5-10 lbs I grind a couple of times a week for my dogs? Fingers crossed!

I bought this grinder on sale to grind chicken and moose. I had always used the expensive Cabelas grinders and didn’t think this little thing could hang. So far I’ve ground up about 30 pounds of chicken (including the skin) and moose (including the silver skin) and it has done great. Doesn’t get bogged down or clogged, easy to clean and easy to operate. I wouldn’t do an entire 1000 pound moose with it but it’s a nice kitchen grinder. You have to cut pieces small enough to fit in the inlet (about the width of a golf ball) so it would take forever for a whole moose. But I like it a lot.

The machine is weak, the parts are flimsy and break easily, and the customer support is non-existent. Look elsewhere for your meat grinding needs.

Compre esto con mucha expectativa para hacer mis propias preparaciones para mi hijo pero luego de dos usos el producto se notaba desgastado por lo cual contacte al vendedor y me dijo que reemplazaría mis partes pero nunca lo hizo, ni volvió a responder. Contacte el servicio al cliente de de AMAZON y ellos lo solucionaron, GRACIAS. En relación con el producto, el motor cumple para un uso de hogar y trabaja muy bien siendo rápido, me preocupa las partes que dicen ser de acero inoxidable.

Comes with a 2 pin 120v power supply - you will need an adaptor. Good luck finding one.

Probably the best purchase of the year. at 6$kg meat price, and 14$ gound meat, having this baby will save you tons of money. Works wonders.

Okay, just finished grinding up 2 1/2 lbs of chicken to make a chicken deli loaf. Had a little difficulty fitting the grinder head onto the base unit, so I broke down and watched the video attached above. It is quite loud, but the chicken was done in minutes, and all very smoothly. Easy to disassemble, wash and dry. All the parts fitted into a freezer size ziploc bag for storage, so can't get lost. My husband has dentures, and prefers ground meat, so this will be getting a lot of use.
