## Description

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does this black have a gloss, semi-gloss, or matte finish?**
A: The XF-85 is a rubber black.  It is the color of tire rubber,  so a flat finish.  The "F" in all Tamiya paint colors indicates its a flat color.

**Q: Doe,s it come in a spray ?**
A: I have not seen Tamiya XF-85 Rubber Black in anything other than a 10ml bottle. I've reviewed a couple of my favorite on-line hobby stores and nothing in spray for this color. I've even checked on-line and the 10ml bottle is all that returns. I've used several bottles of this on my 1/35th scale military models and it works and looks great (better than the flat black I used to paint for tires, etc.). Hope this helps ya.

**Q: Does this product simulate the look of real rubber? As in painting model hoses to resemble rubber**
A: Kinda sorta. It has a look of new rubber so it's not flat black, perhaps a little blue black? It's still more realistic that just using flat black.
