LOVE THIS PRODUCT
I have been very happy following this program, the color coding is easy to keep organised. I made up a weekly schedule in my excell file and print it out so I can really keep track, I beieve it is a new way of life and one that I can live with. I have always eaten healthy put this teaches me realistic portion control.

I'm enjoying my portion control boxes. I've been using them for about 3 weeks and so far the seem to work. They are pretty small but it keeps MY portions under control. I wish they came in a 4-pack of each color. I seem to run out of boxes and have to use other means.

I am really enjoying these portion control boxes ... very similar to the 21 Day Fix ... and so much cheeper! However, my red box doesn't snap closed ... so that was a little annoying. I use a rubber band to keep it closed.I also found the information that came with it very helpful on what and how to eat!
