It’s good, 5 gallons in three minutes.
I think it’s good I like it. I think it’s ugly, I don’t like the way it looks (square, yellow, with handle) but the way it functions far outweighs it’s design. I thought it would be cool if they had a little digital readout on how many gallons it pumps but the simplicity probably also outweighs that added complexity, “on” and “off” is good enough. I specifically ordered this one because it had a longer hose than the other ones. I wanted to be able to leave a 5 gallon container of diesel on the floor while I pumped it up about 4 feet to my tractor fuel tank. I have been hefting 35 gallons pounds of diesel fuel up onto the step, holding my finger over the spout until I get it to the fuel tank then I release my finger and let the fuel flow and lift the container further till the weight of the container rests on the lip of the opening of the fuel tank. but I’m getting older and weaker and sometimes I would rest some of the weight on the plastic spout, the last time I rested too much of the weight on the spout, The 10 inch long yellow plastic spout popped off, at least a half a gallon of diesel fuel spilled all over the tractor and all over the concrete floor of my garage. I thought “OK that’s it!” I’ve had enough of this! I’ve been doing this for 25 years, I’m gonna spend the money and get a little electric pump. Kind of like the design of the other little stick kind where the batteries are in line and not in a enclosure opposed to each other but this one has a longer hose and I wanted to be sure that it would reach, this one cost a little bit more than the other ones with the shorter hoses. Before I committed and ran either diesel or gasoline through it I tested it with water and timed it on a stopwatch. I was afraid if I ran diesel or gasoline through it they would tell me I they couldn’t take a return, so I ran 5 gallons of water and I’m hoping I will be able to let the water evaporate over the course of a week or so before the next time I have to fuel fill my tractor. Like I said in the title, “3:05:73” minutes to pump 5 gallons of water up 4 feet. I’m more than willing to wait three minutes to fill the tractor fuel tank (no more messing with the awkward hoisting the 35 pound fuel tank up standing on the tractor step with my finger over the nozzle! And spilling at least a little every single time, if not a lot!) and the auto shut off, I haven’t tried it yet, but that should be at wonderful function, I don’t have to worry about overtopping the tank. Haven’t used it yet with diesel but my test with water I am completely satisfied.I just thought just now that maybe the yellow color is even better than any other color because that’s the color code for diesel, I mean at least with these plastic Jerry cans that I have.

Works fast and easy
Easy to set up, works fast (transfered 5 gallons of gas in about 3 minutes), and seems sturdier than other pumps I have used.

Convenient
A caution on tne side of the box says the pump will pump up to 15.7 inches above the end of the suction tube. Which end ? This is too vague and is not located in the owner’s manual. I tried pumping into my truck from a 5 gal container sitting on the floor. The truck’s filler neck is at least 36 inches off the floor. It pumps ok but at a slower rate, less than the 2.6 gal/ minute but acceptable. I will make an accurate check later. No leaks. So far so good.

Right on!
I was hesitant at first but figured for the money I'd take a chance. I rotate my gasoline storage on a fairly regular basis that I store in a large storage tank (275gal). It was getting hard to lift the 5 gal containers up to pour into the storage tank. This pump is just what the doctor ordered. It works very well and even an old man like me can operate it. The claim of 2.6 GPM is a bit overstated but I can transfer 5 gal in just over 3 minutes so that's more like 1.6 GPM but still easier than holding the can up to pour it into the big tank. I got this flow rate on every transfer with about an 18 inch lift so I'm guessing that it's a fairly safe average rate. I definitely recommend this pump. I think I might buy another just to keep on hand.

Great product that works. Have had for almost 2 years with no problems. Fast pumping.

It’s okay but don’t expect too much
The pump isn’t strong enough to pump diesel from the can on the ground at 2.6 gallons per minute. From the ground the flow is a small trickle into the tank. It works well if you set the can above the fill spout on the bed rail.

Great pump
Use for transferring diesel fuel from holding tank to truck. Works great so far.
