Works great IMO.
Been using this as a replacement belt for our whole house fan. Our fan has been plagued with vibration issues for years, most likely due to imbalanced or misaligned components. I heard these link belts are good because they can absorb some of the vibration. Been using for about 6 months now and would have to say that it works very very good. Has dramatically reduced our belt vibration issues. If I was to mention any possible negatives, it is that it does seem like it continues to stretch a little bit over time. I've gone up in the attic twice now to re-tension the assembly a little bit. Probably an inherent issue with these types of belts, so I really can't tell if it's this particular brand or just normal stretch for these types of belts. On my last trip up to the attic, I loosened the fan motor mount and attached a tension coil spring to it to constantly be providing tension to the assembly even if the belt does continue to stretch a little bit more.

Hidden gem for belt driven table saws
I bought this for my craftsman 113 table saw. I heard it was better than the original belts and would lower the noise down while also providing smoother cuts. I bought it not knowing if this was true, but boy was I pleasantly surprised. This belt brought new life to my 40 year old table saw! It's easy to take apart the links and to connect them once you get the hang of it. My saw is not only quiet, but also smoother running.

Pre stretching.
This belt is very stiff, when new. You have to install it and run it under tension, to stretch it out. All the links have spacing between them and running the belt under tension will close up the gaps. Once this is done you will probably have to take links out because the belt becomes longer. If after running the belt under tension, and the tension does not change, then the belt is ready to use. Runs smooth and quiet.

Easy to modify drive belt
Just installed on my dyi thickness sander. Easy to modify, fit well, and good value for the price. Saved me from running to the store to get one that fits.

A great, innovative product.
This thing is amazing! It seems so counterintuitive that a linked belt would provide far smoother operation than a traditional V-belt, but it does. My bandsaw is quiet and smooth with this installed. Incredible.

Works great!
Made my lathe run very smoothly. I bought the ½" which works fine but the ⅜" size would have worked just as well and fit better.

Fits and grabs sheaves perfectly.
I built a cabinet for a small lathe and had to mount the motor in a different location which meant a different belt. 2 auto parts places and no dice. This product was PERFECT for my need. All you need is a small regular screw driver and a pair of needle nose pliers to take it apart and reassemble. Plus, if you have a lathe like me, you don’t have to disassemble the machine to nstall belt. Just take it apart, install and reassemble. I’ll post a pic at a later time to show the best direction of rotation.

This supposedly 1/2 inch belt does not fit on a 1/2 inch pulley, so useless to me, returned.
Junk. Didn't fit into the 1/2 inch pulley that I just removed a 1/2 inch V belt from (and the V belt for just fine). I tried turning the pulley manually thinking it might somehow work but it immediately flipped over sideways 3 times. It's just not usable. Pulley was brand new and old belt looked fine BTW. I was just trying to reduce some vibration but this failed miserably.

Good belt. Very pricy though.
