No warranty, seller does not respond.
Though the product is beautiful, but the rim on the bottom of jar which connects it with the grinder got heated and broke after 2nd use only though it was used gently. I keep trying to connect with Amazon for exchange of the jar but they say that there is No warranty with the product. They could not provide contact number or email Id of the seller. The sellers numbers with Amazon are incorrect.Very disappointed.

Not as expected!
The prize is high, performance is not as expected. Getting hot in few seconds, cant get fine powders out of this. So disappointed.

No Product support in India
Though the product is good, there is no warranty or service available for normal wear and tear. My spice and coffee grinder connecting knob broken in just 1.5 years and I am unable to get it repaired, because of which the entire grinder became useless for me. Amazone should not allow such product to be sold in India which has no product warranty or after sale support in India. Be careful before buying this product. If u can treat it as an use and through- it is ok. Else Big No.

Availability of the spares should be checked before purchase
Spares should be made available by Amazon immediately. Hole machine become useless due to the lack of a small beatle spare.

Small yellow dots
I used it for 15 days,after than when I was trying to clean it some yellow sparkling dotted material leaked.
