Very easy to use. I used my own mold so don't know about the one included in the package. Worked great with just two sessions.

It took a few minutes to get everything figured out, but now it's fairly easy to use, and the results are great. I have not gone half hour, as suggested, but get tired of it by 15 minutes or so. The results are still noticeable, and I'm only doing it about twice a week!

This product is great! The product was well packaged and presented nicely. I started using it the next day. Make sure to follow the instructions by the book! You are woking with whitening products and if you leave it to long it can irritate your gums. The best thing is to use a timer on your phone to make sure you don't forget to take it off. The recommended times are right on. The kits comes with 8 whitening syringes. I found that I did not use all of the whitening product because when you press it onto the mouthguard the pressure spread the whitnening team evenly. I drink coffee so my teeth had gotten a yellow- brownish tint. Now they look great!I received this products at a discount for my honest review.
