things that use to come easily were now a struggle
I have recently noticed that I was going through life in what could only be described as a fog. Unable to focus, or concentrate, things that use to come easily were now a struggle. Not only that my energy levels were less than desirable. Some days it was a monumental effort to get out of bed or to move at all. I had been reading about brain supplements for a while when I came across this product. I was given the opportunity to try this in return of a review and I couldn't be happier. I will certainly continue to use this product. I feel the fog slowly lifting my energy levels are increasing and the day to day struggles are subsiding. This is a wonderful natural supplement that is getting me back on track and I would certainly recommend to anyone needing a daily boost.

Not for me
I actually get DHA, Fish oil, phosphatidylserine, and Lecithin, on a daily basis, seemed to do more for me than this product. I really didn't notice any difference at all when I took this product by itself.
