I ordered two dozens of these for a backyard party - these are of great value! I found scores of salad-size porcelain plates at a second-hand store for the backyard party, so want flatware to go with real plates instead of using plastic forks. These forks are weighty enough as decent - not great - quality forks, but are not the cheap flatware you might find at, say, a cheap diner. Keep in mind I am not paying the high price of great quality flatware either.The length of the handle is suitable for many usages - I used them for bite-size appetizers, salad, desserts - they are probably too short for full size entrees.All in all I am happy with the purchase. SO MUCH BETTER than using plasticware (even those expensive, thick ones).
