Tudomro 30 Pcs 8" x 10" Japanese Fabric Bundle Cotton Quilting, Retro Style

When i ordered this, i was expecting some cheap thin printed cloth. But was very surprised that when it arrived, it was a thick, very high end feeling fabric. The Japanese designs are crisp and clear, while the color palettes are bright and vivid. I couldn’t find one square in the mix that I didn’t like. Each one has a feel of its own. And to be honest here, you would have to be blind if you didn’t dig this set. Very seldom does it happen when you order something, and when it arrives you feel happy that you got your moneys worth. Well, this is one of those times. I just wish I had more projects to use this fabric on. But you can bet, that when that time comes up again, I will definitely be ordering more sets of this fabric. For me personally, I have been using them to make some small hand sewn 5”x2” stuffed (fish-bone) cat toys, which have turned out great. I try to make atleast 10 different fish bone cat toys from multiple motifs of fabric. As soon as I seen this Japanese fabric, I knew I had to do a complete set in this style. I will post a picture of a couple after they were finished. They definitely made a great addition to my ‘other sets’ I have done, including sets like, Halloween, animal print, Plaids, black & white, autumn, African, floral, fruits, Easter, ….etc.etc. Listen, not only do these little cat toys look cool, the cats also dig them, so it’s fun to gift them to people with cats. Yes, it does take some time to hand sew these stuffed toys, but I’m better at hand sewing than I am with a machine. And I had no problems with this Japanese fabric handling a needle and thread. No fraying, no runs, no loose threads and no misprints in the design work. Now, I can’t tell you how well this fabric will hold up if ran through a washer and dryer multiple times, as for my uses of this doesn’t call for that type of scenario. So I hope this review helps some of you out trying to decide if this fabric is good enough for your purposes.

Saw this fabric with no specific use in mind at this time, but I though it would be an interesting addition to my fabric stash. Definitely some gorgeous fabric in this collection.

Not a fat quarter. Nice fabric but you really need to get rid of the misleading fat quarter in your listing. 8 x 10 is NOT a fat quarter. A Fat Quarter is 1/4th of a yard 18" by 22".

Beautiful prints, cotton isn’t premium quality but it works for quilting and doll clothes which was my purpose for purchasing it. I preshrunk the pieces in warm water and tumble dry. I measured the squares after preshrinking them and the squares measured about 7.5 x 9.5 inches.

The fabric is fine but these are not fat quarters as the description said. Pieces are pretty, feels like a decent quality, but it is a stack of 8”x10” fabric pieces

Use these fat quarters to make a quilt for a friend in the Netherlands and they turned out very very well. I'm holding my breath to see if the quilt washes well. I thought I would get a very thin flimsy fabric but quite the opposite They were the fabric was thick and very sturdy not too thick but it was definitely stable.

Exquisite price, exquisite prints, exquisite colors, on heavy cotton, these are absolutely wonderful Asian printed fabric rectangles. Every part is so perfect, the selection, the quality, the beautiful vibrant colors, it's just a wow! I will be a repeat purchaser of these wonderful representations of Asian design. Enough to make, so far, a purse, several placemats, a small teddy bear (didn't come out well but I tried!) and still enough left over to make another small-to-medium project. Big, big fan of this product!
