When I recieved this ladder and my wife tried to hang her new curtains, she fall down. It was very shaky and not stable. So I became very angry and request refund. But in the morning my son found 1 missing hole and screw it. So ladder became stable. But we have already drived to Lulu and bought new 5 steps ladder and we didnt need it anymore. So I guess it was factory issue, not the seller as item was packed in origin. No issue with the seller. Seller is very good. The refunded immediately and collected damaged item next day and made delivery of my 2nd order intime. So seller is very professional and we saw all his efforts to resolve issue asap. Well done.
