Having recently undergone a bilateral cheilectomy (both feet), I needed a comfortable leg elevation solution for both legs. I'm 190cm / 6 foot 3 and can't be happier with this product. It is plenty wide enough to stretch you legs apart, or bend the leg sideways while remaining supported. Perfect for my long legs with my feet hanging over the edge by my ankles if I pull it tight to my thigh. It was delivered in-shape (not vacuum packed) and is ready to use on delivery. No bad smells, very comfortable and has a washable cover too. As I'm moving around the house a bit for the next couple of weeks, I've ordered another one for the bedroom to save having to move it around! Would recommend - spent ages looking at reviews!

This memory foam leg elevation pillow was an absolute game-changer for me when I was dealing with sciatica. Not only is it incredibly comfortable, but its Functionality goes far beyond what you might expect. The wedge design provides the perfect angle to elevate my legs, which immediately took the pressure off my lower back and gave me some much-needed relief. I was also impressed with its Versatility. I've used it for more than just sleeping, it's great for propping up my legs while watching TV on the couch or even for a little extra back support while reading in bed. The high-density memory foam is surprisingly Sturdy and holds its shape perfectly, so you never feel like you're sinking or losing support, which is a common issue with regular pillows. The Ease of Use and Ease of Installation are top-notch. It arrives ready to go; all you have to do is place it on your bed and you’re set. Plus, the removable and washable cover makes it super easy to keep clean. Considering the incredible relief and multiple uses, this pillow is an amazing Value for Money. If you're struggling with sciatica or just need a way to de-stress and relax your legs, you owe it to yourself to get one. This pillow is a small investment that delivers huge benefits for your comfort and well-being.

Doc says I have to elevate legs 8 inches for circulatory reasons; as I understand, that is what this is also designed for. That said, I have used it to lie back on in bed, say while relaxing in the afternoon; it hasn't dented or deformed. I'm about 180-190 pounds with muscular legs. I do lay an old tshirt over it at night to keep the liner cleaner for longer periods, as in my opinion, the cost of a replacement liner is exorbitant... I think it was $30 last time I checked. People complain about it being too hard, but if it wasn't firm, it would squish down and that would defeat the purpose of keeping your legs elevated! It's NOT uncomfortable to me and the firmness certainly doesn't impede my circulation due to the memory foam top; works as one would expect. To clarify, the top layer of memory foam thus works for me as expected, avoiding pressure point issues. I'm just over 6 feet and have no problem with my feet dangling over the edge. I've used it for about 2 months now and will will report back if my opinion changes. I do foresee possible winter issues with heavier blankets as one's feet are elevated and the blanket pressure will increase on the toes. But that's to be expected and certainly not a defect of the support device. In the winter, I will probably leave the top sheet and blanket NOT tucked in, so it allows more room/give for the support device and added feet elevation; reducing pressure of the bed coverings. Again, I'm considered tall and even before I got this support, I similarly loosened the foot end winter blankets and sheet to avoid toe pressure. Maybe that's just me?! It arrives compressed and I left it that way for about a month after delivery as I had to fly it back home. No issues with it expanding to normal size after I finally released it from its tight, binding plastic. I wouldn't take it on a trip as it's too bulky to pack in luggage once expanded... in case you're wondering. Got an inflatable for trips, but that's another review!

This really providd the comfort I needed post-op following breaking my ankle. The elevation allows blood circulation.
