Quik Shade Bravo Sports Commericial 100 Instant Canopy (White)

I'm going 2 star. Seemed sturdy but one of the arms broke on first opening. Second mistake was buying it (and a warranty) from Sports Authority. If it breaks you send a picture of thee broken part to Bravo Sports and they send a replacement part. If you have the skill and equipment to replace broken metal bars and rivets at home your fine. Otherwise fuhgeddaboudit.Stupid us, we bought 3 of these (including 2 "weekenders" for a farmers market and they are all RIP.

I ordered this 10'X10' canopy after doing a lot of research and finally decided that the Bravo Instant Canopy gave me the best value for what I was looking for. I used it for the first time last week; it does open and close with ease and is quite easy to put it back in its bag.

terrible directions, pictures not clear, and confusing. Being as gentle as possible the arm snapped. For $ 170 + this product is poorly made. I can't believe there is a good review listed for this product. Amazon doesn't need to sell this anymore.

Went up easy and quality wasn't obviously inferior when we put it up. Our previous canopy lasted 5 years but was getting really worn so we bought the Quik Shade Commercial Canopy thinking we were getting a "Commercial" quality product. It lasted 10 days and then the frame snapped in multiple places where the diagonal supports contact the plastic brackets supports in a 15-20 mph breeze. The collapse was dramatic and resulted in multiple sharp metal supports springing around under the canopy. Thankfully no one was hurt. The feet were secured with weights as instructed when this happened. UPDATE: Warranty claim result: According to Bravo Sports (the manufacturer)this product is "for shade purposes only" and is not for use in ANY wind. Damage resulting from any wind greater than 5 MPH is considered a "weather-related event" and voids the warranty. I'll never buy a product from Bravo Sports again.

Bravo sports is not a good company to deal with . 1st off the canopy didn't fit . 2nd I got stonewalled 5 days just to get an return authorization. 3 Getting in touch with someone that knows anything is a feat in its self. You get passed from this person to that person. MINUTES & MINUTES ON THE PHONE... 4 they have had the canopy for 4 weeks & still no refund. BOTTOM LINE when Bravo sports gets your money IT's LIKE PULLING TEETH TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

The product quality isn't what it should be or commercial as it states it is. I used this product twice it snapped on my second use under very low wind. Four other people had pop up tents next to ours, none of them broke. Mine the metal frame snapped just as another reviewer stated.Pros:The product does go up and fold up very easy ,but does require the help of at least one other person.This product might be okay for a fenced off small back yard that has walls blocking ALL the wind.Cons:This product is disposable after only about 10 hours of use!You can't use this product at "in the desert while riding dirt bikes with friends, or just relaxing at the beach" as the manufacturers website states its good for. The wind will snap it in half!

The metal post from the top snapped in half due to rain. It was only the second time we used it and it Cut my daughter when it caved.
