This is the best magnesium if found, stopped my leg cramps at night and sleep better.

I appreciate the quality contents of this product -- the multiple forms of magnesium and the fact that glycinate is included, one of the most effective forms according to doctors. I find that it does aid sleep. It is delivered in a timely manner.

Essential, I believe. Can't say it made me feel any better, because I felt perfectly fine when I got it. But of course magnesium is very important, and this assures you you're getting enough.

I am on a high protein, anti-inflammatory diet. I found that I was having trouble with bowel movements. I have upped my water intake and take two of these every night before bed. For the first time in my entire life I am having regular bowel movements. Every morning like clockwork. There is no straining. They do not cause cramping or the discomfort experienced with stool softeners. I ran out and forgot to reorder. Doubled water, and increased veggies and fiber. Went right back to difficulty and discomfort. They are now on auto delivery subscription. Swear by these and tell everyone about them including my GI doctor and Rhumatologist.
