Seriously this stuff tastes so good. I’m writing this review after I’ve finished the entire bottle taking one capful a day right before my workout early in the morning on an empty stomach. I know there’s a lot of different opinions on how or when to take this but I chose morning-empty stomach and I have to say I really liked it. Looking at the data, I can say my workouts were better this month than last, probably because of the energy I got. I haven’t lost any weight but that’s expected as it takes a while and you’re only likely to lose a few pounds from what I’ve read. For me, I felt that this did somehow make me feel leaner if that makes any sense. About two weeks into taking it consistently every day I started to wake up just feeling leaner. For reference I workout 5 days heavy lifting and then hiit session then walk for an hour and I never felt tired while taking this. I ordered my second bottle and plan to continue. I should point out the bad part but please keep in mind that not everyone experiences this, I just happen to be one of the unlucky ones and that’s the fact that this stuff definitely, without a doubt makes me smell fishy. I read a lot on this and while it typically happens when people take the higher dose, it’s happening for me at 1.5 a day.
