Is this granitium-coated? granitium is ptfe.

It’s ceramic “enamel” coating. It wears very well. Suggest not to use anything like Pm spray on it. It will gum up over time. I have 5 of this “model” of cook wear. I love it.

Does handle get hot??

I've used this for over a year and the handle hasn't gotten hot and I can easily pick it up and move the pan. The lid handle is another story (if used) and you definitely need a pot holder to remove the lid.

Is the height dimension 4.6" of the pan wall or with the cover?

With the cover on for use, the height of mine is just at 6". The pan height without is about 3.85". For storing, the lid/cover can be inverted and it saves space that way.
